An impartial, in depth career guidance interview with a professionally qualified adviser. The adviser will tailor the discussion around individual needs, providing an individually selected pack of careers information, including a written record of the discussion. |

Lasting approximately one hour in length, Career Guidance is a means of helping individuals identify their skills and experiences, find out more about local opportunities and ultimately make more informed/realistic decisions about their future. |

Specifically we can provide information on jobs, the local labour market, training opportunities and qualifications. We then will help people set new goals for themselves through the production of a Careers Action Plan, which will also include details on how they will achieve them. |

In addition to this we have computer aided software to help the guidance process and can also provide assistance with personal issues, such as housing, debt, drugs and alcohol, including where to get further help. |
